After-sale Service Guarantee

 This agreement pertains to the purchase of one WBJ-1000 reed board machine manufactured by Wu Di County Reed Board Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. To protect customer interests, the following service agreement is established.

 1. Wu Di Reed Board Machine Factory is responsible for the installation and debugging of the equipment, ensuring the product's qualification.

 2. Wu Di Reed Board Machine Factory provides technical guidance. If a malfunction cannot be resolved within one year, our factory will be responsible for the repair.

 3. Within one year, if any parts are damaged (excluding needles, shuttles, rollers, bearings, V-belts, and other normally worn parts), our factory will be responsible for repair and replacement. Repairs due to quality issues will be free of charge; repairs due to user error will incur a parts cost.

 4. Both parties shall cooperate sincerely, abide by the contract, and shall not violate the terms of this agreement for any reason.
