(1) the motor does not turn or buzz; the reason is: no power supply, no phase, the wire falls off, and the fuse tube is burnt out. Troubleshooting: check the power supply, lead, replace the safety pipe. (two) mechanical reasons: stroke switch, limiter and wire broken or fall off. Methods: check, adjust, replace (three) reed board heavy needle reasons: too many reeds, excessive weaving pressure. Elimination method: reduce reed grass or raise the needle beam, reduce the seam pressure and increase the pressure of the traction part. (four) a shuttle hook line, not sewing reasons: shuttle wheel positioning screw loosening, spindle damage, a short trip shuttle. Method of elimination: see the adjustment method of five (two) adjustment of shuttle. (five) abnormal sound in mechanical rotation: loose parts, lack of lubrication.
